As my resume demonstrates, I have considerable relevant administrative and marketing experience. As a Licensed Property Manager in Prince George and Courtenay, I was in charge of a large number of properties and worked with various software programs and databases to manage clients, arrange for maintenance and track lease payments and renewals. As a journalist, public affairs officer and marketing manager, I used my graphic design, photography, videography and writing skills in the service of The Nanaimo Free Press, Nanaimo Business Examiner, The University of Calgary and T-MAR Industries in Campbell River. I also successfully ran my own direct-mail advertising franchise.

I want this contract because I believe it will let me use my creative skills to make a living.

The aspects of the role I would most training on are document preparation and social media posts. I feel I would naturally / immediately excel at graphic design, communications and working hard.

I dislike it when people seem to feel they can speak for God and pass judgment on others.

If I could travel for two weeks, I would return to Europe. I’d like to take in a play in London, see the art in Paris and marvel at the progress that’s been made with the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona since I last visited.
