Spirit of Prince George, 2015

This work is an ambitious piece, 36 feet wide by over six feet high, featuring 14 painted and carved Douglas Fir planks, commissioned by Timberspan Wood Product’s President, Joe Cvenkel.  The work is displayed at the entrance to the company’s operations on Willow Cale Road, just outside Prince George.

Here’s the completed work, photographed Remembrance Day, 2014, one day after installation.
